1. Our Services

Thind Dynasty Inc. provides freight transportation and related services for permitted cargo, including general freight and fresh produce.

All services are subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, as well as equipment availability, route conditions, cargo requirements, scheduling, and applicable transportation agreements.

2. Quotes and Service Requests

Submitting a quote request or service inquiry through our website does not automatically create a binding transportation contract.

A shipment will be considered confirmed only after Thind Dynasty Inc. accepts the request and the applicable pricing, cargo information, schedule, and service requirements have been established.

Quotes are based on the information provided by the customer. If information is incomplete, inaccurate, or changes after the quote is issued, additional charges may apply.

3. Customer Responsibility for Accurate Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate information regarding their shipment.

This includes:

  • Correct material or cargo description

  • Quantity

  • Weight and dimensions

  • Pickup and delivery addresses

  • Delivery instructions

  • Contact information

  • Requested dates and times

  • Special handling requirements

  • Any other information necessary to complete the service

Thind Dynasty Inc. is entitled to rely on the information provided by the customer.

4. Incorrect Materials, Orders, or Customer Misunderstandings

If a customer provides incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information regarding the materials, products, quantities, specifications, or delivery requirements, additional charges may apply if the customer later requests a correction, replacement, return, re-delivery, additional pickup, or other service.

For example, if a customer requests delivery of a particular material and later determines that a different material was required due to an incorrect order, misunderstanding, or inaccurate information provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for any additional transportation, pickup, delivery, return, handling, waiting, mileage, or administrative costs incurred as a result.

These charges may apply even when the original shipment was completed correctly according to the information and instructions originally provided by the customer.

5. Customer-Requested Changes

Changes requested after a shipment has been scheduled, dispatched, picked up, or delivered may result in additional charges.

This may include:

  • Changing the delivery address

  • Changing the pickup location

  • Changing materials or cargo

  • Requesting a replacement shipment

  • Requesting a return

  • Adding additional stops

  • Changing delivery instructions

  • Requesting expedited service

  • Changing the delivery schedule

  • Requesting additional handling

Applicable charges may include transportation, mileage, labor, waiting time, detention, re-delivery, return transportation, handling, or administrative costs.

6. Delivery and Re-Delivery

If a delivery cannot be completed because of incorrect information, an incorrect address, unavailable receiving personnel, refusal to accept the shipment, customer-requested changes, incorrect material information, or other circumstances attributable to the customer, additional delivery, storage, return, or handling charges may apply.

We will make reasonable efforts to contact the customer when such circumstances arise.

7. Waiting Time and Detention

Customers are responsible for providing reasonable access and timely availability for pickup and delivery.

Additional waiting or detention charges may apply when a driver or vehicle is required to wait because of circumstances attributable to the customer, shipper, and consignee, loading facility, or receiving facility.

This may include delays caused by:

  • Loading or unloading

  • Incomplete paperwork

  • Facility access

  • Customer instructions

  • Lack of receiving personnel

  • Incorrect shipment information

  • Changes to delivery instructions

  • Other customer-related delays

8. Cancellations

Customers should notify Thind Dynasty Inc. as soon as possible regarding cancellations or changes to a shipment.

If a shipment has already been scheduled, dispatched, or otherwise committed to, cancellation or modification may result in applicable charges for costs already incurred.

9. Cargo and Packaging Requirements

Customers are responsible for accurately describing cargo and ensuring that cargo is properly prepared, packaged, labeled, and documented as required.

Thind Dynasty Inc. may refuse or delay transportation of cargo that is unsafe, prohibited, improperly packaged, improperly documented, or otherwise unsuitable for transportation.

10. Hazardous and Restricted Materials

Hazardous materials, regulated goods, or restricted cargo must be disclosed before transportation.

Customers are responsible for providing all required documentation and information.

Thind Dynasty Inc. reserves the right to refuse transportation of any material that does not comply with applicable laws, regulations, safety requirements, or company policies.

11. Pickup and Delivery Times

Pickup and delivery times are estimates unless specifically guaranteed in a written agreement.

Schedules may be affected by traffic, weather, road conditions, mechanical issues, facility delays, regulatory requirements, accidents, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

12. Transportation Documents

Individual shipments may be governed by additional documents, including:

  • Rate confirmations

  • Bills of lading

  • Shipping documents

  • Transportation agreements

  • Service contracts

  • Applicable tariffs

  • Written customer instructions

Where a separate written transportation agreement applies, its terms may control over general website information.

13. Rates and Additional Charges

Transportation rates are generally based on the information provided at the time of quotation.

Additional charges may apply when shipment circumstances differ from those represented in the original quote or when additional services are requested.

Additional charges may include:

  • Additional mileage

  • Re-delivery

  • Return transportation

  • Waiting or detention

  • Additional stops

  • Storage

  • Special handling

  • Customer-requested changes

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipment information

  • Other reasonable costs incurred in providing the requested service

14. Payment

Payment for services may be completed directly through our office or, where arranged in advance, at the customer’s location or doorstep.

Customers may be required to make payment at the time of service, delivery, or as otherwise specified in the applicable invoice, quote, rate confirmation, or transportation agreement.

Where payment is collected at the customer’s location, the customer is responsible for ensuring that an authorized person is available to complete the payment.

Any outstanding balance or additional applicable charges remain the responsibility of the customer.

15. Cargo Claims

Claims involving cargo loss, damage, shortage, or related issues will be handled in accordance with applicable transportation laws, contracts, bills of lading, insurance requirements, and other applicable transportation documents.

Customers should promptly notify Thind Dynasty Inc. of any potential claim and provide reasonable supporting documentation.

16. Customer-Provided Instructions

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all instructions provided to Thind Dynasty Inc. are accurate, complete, lawful, and provided in sufficient time.

Thind Dynasty Inc. will not be responsible for additional costs resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, conflicting, or late customer instructions.

17. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes

  • Submit false or misleading information

  • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems

  • Interfere with website operation or security

  • Upload malicious software or harmful code

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by applicable laws of the State of California and applicable federal laws of the United States, except where otherwise required by law or a separate written agreement.
